Human consumption has reached a point of no return. As demand exceeds supply, genetically modified produce and foreign bodies creep into our bloodstream as a result of environmental decline. In a fantasy land, a young woman discovers the origins of a strange food source that gives her visions of the end of the natural world.
A collaboration with musician Helen Svoboda. Featuring an eight-piece band of Australia’s finest improvisers, the soundtrack journeys through moments of lyrical beauty, childlike playfulness and dense chaos set to a surreal narrative.
